The Hills are Alive

We are so excited to be underway with our 2019 musical, Rodgers and Hammerstein's renowned production, The Sound of Music. Based on The Story of the Trapp Family Singers, it is a charming story that appeals to all ages. The 1959 Broadway Musical proved one of the most successful in Theatre history and transferred beautifully to the 1965 film production, starring Julie Andrews as Maria. Glenamaddy are thrilled to have secured rights to perform this year on our 25th Anniversary under the direction of Peter Kennedy, well known nationally for his wonderful productions. Auditions are over, the cast is ready...all will be revealed...its going to be great!!
